So there was a hiatus while I decided which direction to go with this site, and after getting off to an unfortunately slow start, Im ready to get this party started! We have all had a very, VERY eventful November. I understand there is a lot of uncertainty, and no matter your views on it, I want you to feel welcomed here. While other sites have chosen to silence and control the narratives, while demeaning those that they disagreed with, Ourplace should be somewhere for you to freely express your opinions, views, etc.
Being that it is our "home", we can not resort to arguments or fighting. As you speak to your neighbors in real life, this is the view I have for our neighbors here. Together we can build a community based on mutual respect regardless of background, as well as feeling safe to express ourselves without the constant fighting on other social media platforms. Grow this place, make it yours. Feel free to reach out to me with ideas, comments, requests, anything. What you put into this place, I will do my best to meet you in the middle. Together, we will make this site great!
