I think everything above about sums it up. Except to say: One of the most wonderful things about growing older is being able to grow closer to God. With more life experience comes more insight into just how precious God's redemptive love is and how incredibly awesome it is to be His child and under His care.

Hopefully, I will find a few minutes in the next week or so to make my space on OurPlace like home. As controlled as Facebook is and anti-conservative, I suspect our participation in that social media format will be greatly curtailed. I'd love to have someplace where we can all continue to communicate should FB finally silence all free speech they deem a threat to their narrative. OurSpace is conservative-run and Christian, and has some of the bells and whistles of the pre-Facebook platforms like adding music, etc. I am hoping many of my FB friends will take a moment to open an account and link to mine.
